Broad Cove Builders was honored to be selected by The Knickerbocker Group to perform carpentry services for this wonderful barn remodel. The existing amenity to the waterfront home was remodeled to accommodate better community events hosted by its owners.

The Knickerbocker Group’s design provided the perfect transition from the barn’s original caricature to a warm, welcoming exterior with an unfinished interior to enjoy the exposed old and new wood.

The interior comfortably accommodates seating for 84. It has a large raised center stage. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. We thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this special project.
